I’m a trauma-aware embodiment facilitator and consider myself to be a life-long learner of the healing arts. I specialize in yoga therapy for mental health, trauma recovery, and embodiment.
I offer you the experience of evidence-informed yoga therapy practices, a holistic approach to reconnecting with your body, mind, and essential nature. I help you find presence and awakening that restores wellbeing. Experiences of psychological stress and trauma profoundly change our relationship with the body and I offer you a way to safely reconnect to your body and engage more fully with your life.
Working with the science of yoga and meditation, I empower you to become an active participant in your own healing. Healing is not curing, it's an ongoing flourishing of self-realizations that naturally bring awakened wellness.
