I’m Kendra, a trauma-informed embodiment practitioner offering body-first healing for people whose nervous systems have learned to adapt, protect, and respond deeply to the world around them.

​I am offering you a safe somatic space to express yourself openly & honestly without the fear of being judged, rejected or shamed and opportunities to regulate your nervous system so you are not overwhelmed by the intensity of your embodied responses.

When talk alone hasn’t been enough and you feel stuck, disconnected or overwhelmed— together, we use body-based practices like trauma-sensitive yoga therapy, TCTSY, TRE®, and personalized self-care support to help you rest, regulate, and build trust in your inner rhythms.



​I recognize you’re the expert on your body and I invite you to actively participate in your healing.
Healing is not curing, it's an ongoing flourishing of self-realizations that naturally bring awakened wellness.

Kendra is not a provider with DEFENCE HEALTH/GMHBA/Frank Health/ HBF/AIA Health.
