What products can I return for a refund?
Any course you purchase through the online studio is eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued to memberships.
When are products eligible for a refund?
All courses are eligible for a refund within 2 days of purchase for any reason. However you must not have progressed through more than 25 % of the course content.
How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund by emailing Kendra on firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will I get my refund?
You and Kendra may agree on the preferred method of refund. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Your refunds will be processed immediately and your funds will show up in your account 1 to 2 days after processing, depending on your credit card company.
