Join us for a deeply experiential weekend of exploring how Yoga offers us a clear, safe, embodied and progressive pathway to befriend all parts of ourselves to experience new emotional and energy levels, and perhaps new ways of being.

About Kendra
Since the birth of my first child 23 years ago, I have taken myself off to numerous annual retreats to re-engage with my need for a balanced, spiritual, 'householder' life.
Yoga, particularly meditation, has offered me a continuous, sustainable pathway towards self awakening and wellness.
As a Yoga Therapist, I am aware of the mental health crisis we are in, and offer retreats as a way of immersing ourselves in the 'inner calling' quite often left behind in the busyness of the world.
I invite you to join us, find community, and restore your natural healing states.

Biodanza with Kate on Saturday night
The name Biodanza means “dance of life”, originating from "bios" which means "life" and "danza" in French which means "integrated movement full of meaning".
It is a progressive dance and movement system for human development, supporting our innate potential for health and wellbeing.
In a group setting, we'll explore movement, rhythm, touch, emotion and self-expression, unfolding into an experience of vivencia – which means to be vividly alive in the present moment.
