I am looking at doing meditation to calm my anxiety, depression and CPTSD and overall stress levels. I am wondering what you suggest. I would love to start as soon as possible.
Kendra is a level 2 iRest Yoga Nidra meditation facilitator. It is a trauma aware way to meditate and includes a body scan. Other forms of meditation can be more challenging as they don't have an embodied set up that settles the mind in the body first.
